Help!! I Read Magnetic Sponsoring TWICE And I'm Still Loosing Money!

Q: Dear Malika.

J. here, I like what I have read so far. But before we go on anymore, I wanted to ask you a few questions.

1. I have spent a lot of money trying to generate leads on the net. With 0 return I mean 0.

2. I did buy the magnetic sponsoring book. Read it twice.

3. From what it & you are saying, if I'm going to be able to create a lot of leads

I'm going to have to do what you are doing and/or create my own newsletter,

blog, landing page etc to be able to succeed online.

4. If I don't want to create blogs, newsletter etc, what is your cost after your boot camp?

5. I don't mean to seam negative because I'm not. I'm just trying to get my ducks in a row.

Thanks and I do appreciate your time.
J.

A: I'd like to take your concerns one at a time and get to exactly what you are looking to discover so I can address each one thoroughly. I have severals questions I'd like for you to ask yourself before you move forward with your online network marketing efforts

1. What is your idea of "a lot or money" and what specific techniques were you using to generate these leads? Were you using banner ads, ezine "top sponsor" ads, pay-per-click(PPC)?

Usually the word "spent" is what is used when there is no return on investment (ROI) in a short period of time. As a business owner you should look to "invest" as much as you can while spending as little as possible.

The above mentioned marketing strategies are all techniques that many newbies attempt when just starting out in attraction marketing without understanding them completely. Usually it's because it's easy to throw money at problems for a fast start or quick fix.

Without understanding WHY something works, it's difficult to get down the HOW. The understanding of the why takes time, study and practical application. I'll explain in the summary of this response. I've never even attempted any paid advertising and here's why:

2. Read magnetic sponsoring book again. This time look at the writing style and flow of information. Look at the head lines, bullet points, copywriting, catch phrases etc. Study the process not the results because duplicatable processes is what guarantees results.

That's what I did. The very name of my website came from the headline in chapter 9! (thanks Mike) :)

For example, if you are looking to duplicate a profitable PPC campaign, you can imitate the exact ad or you can emulate the process that makes any ad successful. Once you control the process you will control the end results.

3. Yes. As my 4 year old says, "You are very correct!" Any one who would want you to believe anything else just wants to lead you around by the nose. You, and yes I do mean you reading this, will need your own website(s), blogs, e-book(s), ezines etc. in order to accomplish anything major online.

Do you need it right off the bat? Technically, no. I sold several ebooks using squidoo lenses and banners on my social network profiles while I was building my website. However, if you notice all the people who are either moving toward or already where you want to be, have a website. That's you clue.

The idea is to own as much of the web as possible, build a fan base of loyal subscribers, keep learning more about your target market and sharing with your list.

In order to do that in a systematic, automated and leveraged way, you will need the right tools.

4. "If I don't want to create blogs, newsletter etc, what is your cost after your boot camp?"

I'm not clear about your question. Is it that you want someone else to create your blogs, newsletters etc. for you? If that's what your looking for, outsourcing is a great option. Do some research on places like elance.com and other which provide writing services, web design etc. for as little as $5 per article.

I will not write articles for anyone... not even for my own mother (and I built her capture page) :)

5. It's interesting to me that even you think your thoughts may be perceived as being negative. I think you may feel like you've done enough for long enough to at least see some return on your time and money you've already invested.

If that's how you really feel, you may as well pack it up now! Magnetic Sponsoring is only the beginning. It's up to you to determine the end as you fail forward on the journey.

In closing, J. all you've really done is found a way to do it that doesn't work you and your personal style. It actually a great thing and whats even better is that you are smart enough to ask for help and direction.

Back in January when I first got my Magnetic Sponsoring course I had to read chapter 10 itself 3 times before I figured out what to do when I logged into the back office of the system. I had the rest of my team, who also bought the course depending of me to lead them through this new phase of business.

There were some thing I just had to "grow" through and I wanted to fail as fast as I possibly could. It makes for great content as I can now speak from a level of experience that some who came long before me have been to afraid to do. Sounds like we have somethings in common.:)

I'd like to congratulate you on stepping up to the plate and taking another swing on behalf of your goals and dreams!
